‍Braid Theory is now accepting applications for the Ocean Enterprise Accelerator.  This program is designed to support startups driving innovation in the blue economy. If you're developing innovative solutions, this is your opportunity to gain commercialization support, mentorship, and industry connections. This is part of The Continuum Ocean Enterprise Accelerator, a NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration funded, 90-day program focuses on supporting the development of new ocean data technologies and services. This program aligns with NOAA’s Ocean Enterprise initiative, fostering solutions that drive economic and societal benefits across the U.S. and the growing blue economy.

Seaworthy Collective, a Miami-based non-profit BlueTech (ocean innovation) entrepreneur support organization and community, has opened applications for Cohort 7 of its flagship Startup Program, The Continuum Ocean Enterprise Studio and Incubator.  The deadline to apply is Wednesday, January 28th, 2026.

Join us for BlueTech|X Pitch Night, the culminating showcase of our nationally recognized accelerator program, where elite founders take the stage to pitch breakthrough solutions in ocean enterprise innovation.

Join us at Ocean Exchange in Fort Lauderdale, FL October 26^th – 28^th, 2025. Voting delegates attend all presentations and breakout discussion sessions, and vote to select the winners of our awards.

Each year, Ocean Exchange hosts an event to recognize and help advance innovation in technologies aimed at the health of our oceans and the Blue Economy. Solutions represent such categories as alternative materials, CO2 reduction and sequestration, data/robotics, digitalization, energy, fisheries/marine habitat, vessel/port operations, and water treatment.

At IGNITE22, we bring together innovators shaping the 22nd century. Join Braid Theory and over 500 global Blue Economy founders, investors, community partners, and industry professionals at our annual global tech showcase spotlighting Blue Economy innovations in ocean, maritime, climate, and resiliency.

IGNITE22 takes place at AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles in an industrial creative space directly on the LA waterfront. Experience technology exhibits and demonstrations on land and in the water.
